1. Do you use subcontractors?
To ensure you get the highest quality, we only use subcontractors for electricians, plumbers and special skills as required by permit under the supervision of our company.

2. Where do I buy material?
We can help you buy from vendors of your choice, or use our own certified vendors.

3. Do you offer free estimates?
Yes we provide a free written first estimate. But subsequent ones are not.

4. Do you help design?
Yes, our partners can help you from start to finish, but please note that these services are not included in our free estimate.

5. How long have you been in business
Sam Home Improvement has been published since 2005 with an accumulated experience that goes beyond 15 years.

6. How soon can you start?
Start date will be included in your written estimate. But we will not be bounded unless a deposit amount has been received in a timely manner.

7. Will your estimate includes all materials?
Yes, we include quality building materials (we select.) Nevertheless, we don’t mind clients to supply finish materials (appliances, fixtures, tiles etc…)

8. Do you offer warranty?
Yes, we offer a 1 year warranty on our remodeling and renovation work, and a 60 day warranty on all repair work.

9. Do you consider your services to be expensive?
Considering the quality of work, we offer very reasonable and competitive prices.
